Yesterday, May 8th, a whole lot of new videos featuring gameplay and character creation were released on Code Vein. It has been months since we’ve heard anything on the games’ development process, but they did not disappoint as these new video releases show they have been quite busy fine tuning the game. No release date yet, but after seeing these videos, I can wait a little longer.
This first video shows off the absolutely beautiful character creation that you can do in the game which runs for a good twenty minutes (Yes I watched the whole thing), and the things you can do with it are outstanding. It is going to take me quite some time to get past the character creation process before starting the actual game. I hope all Namco Bandai games continue to use Unreal Engine 4 in the future.
These other videos are of gameplay and some are rather lengthy so watch them when you have the time. I’m sure there are other new Code Vein videos floating around the net, but I didn’t want to spoil too much for myself as it still is my most anticipated game of 2019.
This trailer! Seems like Code Vein is going to have a deep story through its World and characters as the developers said it would. There’s only so much more hype I can contain lol.
Soul Worker is finally going to be published in English! I’ve been following Soul Worker since it’s release in Korea for a few years now, and now we’ll be able to play it ourselves soon as well. This news goes hand in hand with Closers Online also being released in English as well. The beta for Soul Worker is supposed to start sometime in Fall 2017. Out of the two I was actually looking forward to Soul Worker a little more because I’ve both seen and heard that it’s combat is one of the best in an online MMO being fast and fluent as well as looking very nice. Looks like we won’t have long to wait before we can get our hands on it ourselves and enjoy. Check out the trailers below:
Since Nier Automata is already out and FFXIV Stormblood is technically just an expansion, Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online is now my most anticipated game for the year. It was just confirmed just a few days ago that the game will indeed be headed Westward in the Winter of 2017. Part of the reason why I’m so excited about it (Besides being Goddess tier on my favorite series list lol), is because from some of the information I’ve gathered it seems while it won’t be an actual MMO, it may have co op like Sword Art Online does (Source: Niche Gamer). The classes and attacks in the game look amazing. The Neptunia series sure has come a long way. Again, I am excited that I’ll get to enjoy more Nep on my Nepstation 4 later this year =^_^=
My hype meter broke! One Gravity Rush 2 comes out this holiday season, you won’t be hearing from AzureNova for a while lol
Also if you pre-order from select retailers in North America you can get Kat’s alternate White Outfit which I will be wearing throughout the whole game ^_^.
November 30th for Europe, December 1st for Japan, and December 2nd for North America. I can’t wait for Gravity Rush The Animation ~Overture~ to come out as well.
